The cart is a little too narrow for the Miller Sidekick, IMHO. Well, measuring it up, the original Miller rolling cart that came with the welder just fits on the tray top. In fact, it is a real snug fit. I made some standoff bushings for the fastening hardware, and bolted the machine to the top tray.
